Shipping rates
Shipping rates are subject to change at any time. You must select the shipping rate that best fits your shipping address. Failure to select the correct shipping rate may mean we either do not ship your item/s OR request you to pay the amount of shipping owed. 

Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged upon arrival, you must let us know within 3 days. You must  not use the goods and must take photos of the damage and send them to us on hello@addingtonstore.nz 
We will then determine if the goods need to be returned and/or if a replacement will be issued. 

Undelivered Goods
If you select "Authority to Leave" (or do not tell us "Signature Required") as a shipping requirement, then The Addington Store is not liable for the loss of any goods missing once our courier services have logged the delivery. 
If you do not receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order, you must contact us on hello@addingtonstore.nz. The Addington Store is not liable for undelivered goods that are not notified within this time period. 
Goods deemed undelivered or lost by The Addington Store will be either replaced or refunded by The Addington Store.
